These terms govern your use of the website operated by New Empire Logistics LLC(“New Empire Logistics”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site. These terms cover the website only — actual freight services are governed by separate written agreements, rate confirmations, bills of lading, and applicable transportation law.

1. The site is informational

Content on this site — including service descriptions, lane schedules, pay ranges, equipment specifications, and program terms — is provided for general information. It is not an offer, a rate quote, a guarantee of employment or earnings, or a binding commitment of capacity. Rates, pay, and program terms are confirmed only in writing through our office.

2. Quotes and applications

Submitting a quote request, driver application, or lease-on inquiry creates no obligation on either side. We may decline any request at our discretion. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it.

3. Acceptable use

  • No scraping, automated form submission, or load testing.
  • No attempting to bypass security or rate limiting.
  • No submitting false, defamatory, or unlawful content.
  • No using the site to misrepresent affiliation with us.

4. Intellectual property

The New Empire Logistics name, the knight mark, the wordmark, and all site content are owned by New Empire Logistics LLC or used under license. You may not reproduce them without written permission, except as fair use allows.

5. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep information current but make no warranty that the site is error-free, uninterrupted, or that any content is complete or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Empire Logistics LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability related to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects rights or obligations under transportation agreements or federal motor carrier regulations.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
