Company drivers
More than a number.
Pay you can verify, miles you can plan a life around, equipment that doesn't embarrass you at the scale house — and a dispatcher who knows your name.

Pay
The number, in writing.
Every range below is on the table before you sign anything. Where you land inside it depends on verifiable experience and position — and it’s printed in your offer letter, not promised on a phone call.

Straight answers
Asked every week.
Direct deposit every Friday, one week in arrears. Your settlement shows loaded miles, empty miles, detention, and accessorials line by line. If something looks off, payroll picks up the phone.
Late-model Freightliner Cascadia 126s — automated or 18-speed depending on the unit, APUs, fridges, inverters. Trucks are assigned, not slip-seated, and our shop handles all maintenance.
If you have safe, legal parking, yes. Most of our Chicago-area drivers park at the yard; drivers further out take their assigned truck home between runs.
Both, with a signed policy form. One rider 12 or older, one pet under 60 lbs. The truck comes back clean — that's the whole rule.
Two days in Chicago: paperwork, road test, safety systems walkthrough, and you meet your dispatcher face to face. You're seated and rolling the same week if your file is complete.
Exactly what it says. You can decline a load without it following you around. We plan your week with you, not at you — that's how we keep drivers for years, not months.
