Privacy Policy

New Empire Logistics LLC(“New Empire Logistics,” “we,” “us”) operates www.newempirelogistics.com and the services described on it. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to information you submit through it — it does not cover information collected offline or through employment onboarding systems, which are governed by separate notices.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a quote, apply to drive, inquire about the lease-on program, or contact us, we collect what you enter: name, company, email, phone, city and state, CDL class and experience, equipment details, and the content of your message.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our servers log IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this for security, rate limiting, and to keep the site working.
2. How we use it
- To respond to quote requests and inquiries.
- To evaluate driver applications and lease-on requests, including — with your explicit consent — verification of work history and retrieval of motor vehicle records and PSP reports as permitted by FMCSA regulations.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations that apply to motor carriers.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
3. Who we share it with
- Service providers who host our website and process form submissions on our behalf, bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Background screening and compliance vendors — only for applicants, only with consent, and only as required to process an application.
- Authorities, when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect safety.
4. Retention
Quote and contact submissions are kept as long as needed to handle the request and for our business records. Driver application materials are retained in line with FMCSA recordkeeping requirements, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see Section 6.
5. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, and server-side validation and rate limiting on every form. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your state of residence (including Illinois, California, Colorado, and others with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to ask what we have collected. To exercise any of these, email dispatch@newempirelogistics.com or call (312) 590-9693. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
7. Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Any cookies present are strictly functional (for example, security tokens). If we ever add analytics, this policy will be updated first.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses and working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
When we change this policy, we update the effective date above and, for material changes, post a notice on this page for 30 days.
